Managed Services (or MSP) allow us to pro-actively support the technology needs of your business. Not only does this allow us to actively work to protect your business against tech-related issues, this level of service also helps ensure your business is getting the most out of your technology.

Payment methods
We accept Eftpos/Visa/Mastercard and Afterpay. Note: from Jan 1st 2023, we will no longer be accepting Cash as a payment option.
How long will it take?
Technology is not an exact science, it’s impossible for us to give you a definite time estimate – some jobs take more or less time than expected. If it’s urgent let us know and we will do our best to fit in with you, however we can’t make any promises. Also keep in mind that our workshop jobs are booked in on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so you will likely need to leave your device with us so we can start it as soon as it’s next in the queue.
* What is your coverage area?
We service the entire Bay of Plenty, however, travel is only free within central Tauranga, Mount Maunganui & Papamoa. We will need to charge for any travel time outside of these areas. Give us a call if you would like a more accurate estimate before booking your job with us.
What about an insurance claim?
We would be happy to assess your device and provide a quote for your insurance claim. Ask us for more information.
Could there be any other costs?
All the prices above cover our time, however it may be necessary to purchase new parts etc which come at an extra cost – rest assured we will always keep you informed and check with you first before proceeding with any additional costs.
